An integrated approach to forming new residential development allows you to create a diverse and comfortable environment for citizens and future residents of new facilities. The three-dimensional solution can become one of the urban planning symbols of the post-industrial development of the territory of the “rust belt” of our city. The non-functioning part of the hardware plant is given over to residential development.
Modern compact, environmentally friendly production will be located far beyond the boundaries of future development, allowing the latter to develop in a southeasterly direction. The north-eastern side of the complex is represented by residential buildings of different heights with shops, cafes and other service facilities on the ground floors that form the modern face of Stoletova Street. The southwestern side of the object is oriented towards the railway and has a large “urban” scale perceived from great distances. Between the railway and the residential complex, there is three-level parking. Coniferous trees with undergrowth are planted on its roof. This will improve acoustic comfort and provide scenic views from the lower floors of residential buildings.
A specially created “forest” is organically connected to the courtyard space by a gentle “green ramp” at the intersection of Slobozhansky avenue and Stoletov st., not far from the bus station, has a high-rise building with a shopping centre and offices.
